Movies are immensely popular in Bangladesh. The big blockbusters are still the Bollywood movies, but there are also locally produced movies. If you happen to be in a remote city you might catch up with the B movies of Bangladesh: dreadful quality, shown in cinemas with an incredible charme but also incredibly hot... Not for the faint of heart!
