This is just to illustrate the point made yesterday about electoral posters... They pile up, one on top of the other. As I was walking around Roma I had a chat with someone busy to cover up electoral boards at the speed of light. Apparently he was using a new technique. Oh, it definitely works! Speed is indeed important: as soon as a poster from a "party A" is put over of a poster of "party B" (adversary), the electoral taks force of party B is informed and readdress the problem by placing a new poster over the whole lot. As you can see he was doing exacly this.
I also worked on Roberto's campaign. This morning he visited a playground, in the afternoon he worked with a group of friends to a short promotional video. I took pics of the filming, in the area around Castel Sant'Angelo. The video will consist of different people, doing different things, suddently stopping to say his name. I do not think that the video will win "best video 2008 price, but it was a fun photo opportunity... I must add that I am proud of myself, as I shoot the whole afternoon with the 24mm and the 50mm, no autofocus: for the first time I managed not to use a zoom.
